So I was running late to class today because a certain puppy did not want to go potty. His name is Tank and he's a maltese (similar to the one shown). So hoodie & shorts it was today. How was your friday?
Camping trips can be hard to pack for. You want to stay cute but you don't want to wear something that makes you look out of place.
The easiest way to do this is to lose most of your accessories. They get in the way & look obnoxious. Try smaller & less jewelry such as stud earrings a small pendant necklace. If you want to have more accessories stack bracelets. To get a cute look without jewelry try headbands & hair accessories.
I suggest bringing a dry shampoo to fix up greasy hair. Pack a lip balm so your lips don't get cracked and chapped from being outdoors and stay light on the make up. I would bring eyeliner, mascara, an eyeshadow palette and a concealer. I wouldn't use all of them together. One day eyeliner another eyeshadow.
My outfits are cute but simple. For fall it's good to layer. A denim top or flannel is a great alternative to a large oversized hoodie (I'd pack that to sleep in). I would wear one black tank top & pack one grey or white to wear underneath the denim top or flannel. Also pack one spare plain tee in case it gets warm. I chose one black & one denim pant to give variety. Remember if it's a 3 day weekend you'll be wearing one of these outfits on the way there. Always pack a pair of shorts in case it warms up. Honestly I'd only pack 2 pairs of shoes but I wanted to show different option.
Shoes Chose a flat shoe, preferably a cute sneaker or boot. Anything else won't work well outdoors. Sometimes you can sneak in a flat or a loafer and do just fine but if you're going to be hiking forget about it.
